Spherical Roller Bearing Mb Ca

Products Details

Drum roller bearings are similar in structure to spherical roller bearings, but have only one row of rollers. They are particularly suitable for applications where radial loads are high and alignment errors need to be compensated. Under the impact radial load, the superiority of its structural strength is very prominent. Drum roller bearings cannot transmit large axial loads and cannot be separated.Basic types of drum roller bearings are available with either window glass fibre reinforced polyamide (nylon) 66 cages (suffix T) or solid machined brass cages (suffix MB). Glass fibre reinforced Polyester first press 66 cage for stable temperature state Kodak 120 ℃. If the bearing is lubricated with oil, the additives in the lubricating oil will reduce the service life of the cage, and the aging oil will also have an adverse effect on the cage at high temperatures; therefore, attention must be paid to the oil change interval. The basic types of drum roller bearings have cylindrical and tapered bores. The radial clearance of cylindrical bore bearings is the common group, and the radial clearance of tapered bore bearings is larger than that of the common group (group C3).
